We run the Management Server Configuration Wizard which goes through without issue. On looking at the Error log is states that the server hasn't been configured and to run the configuration manager. We have attempted to do a disaster recovery on the server and this does allow us into the management server but on replacing the database by doing a restore it fails to load on logging into the manager stating the server is offline.
It is installed on a 2003 64bit SP2 server. We're having an issue with Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager no longer communicating with clients and not showing the domain/server tabs in the Admin section.
